4. Outline a chemical synthesis scheme for the indicated chemical transformations. You may use any organic and inorganic reagents that you wish but you must indicate the order in which you would add these reagents and the intermediate products of each major step or from a combination of 2 steps that lead to a reaction product which is an intermediate product in your synthesis plan.
