An open-topped cylindrical tank contains water that is 80% of
its overall height of 1.2 m. The diameter of the tank is 70% of the
height. The tank is rotated about its vertical axis. Determine the
angular speed in rpm for the following conditions: (7a) maximum
value without spilling any water. (7b) value if 25% of its original
contents will be spilled. (7c) value if 60% of its original
contents will be spilled. (7d) value when the tank is brought to
rest and the depth of water is now 15% of its original depth.
