Create a video file of your presentation (of 5 minutes or less) or write a report (in 5 pages or less) and upload the file in Canvas. Show all your work and justify every step you are taking. All the tools, i.e., Excel (i.e., Pivot Table & Visualizations) & R should be used for at least one graph. Submit your answers by the due date mentioned in Canvas. You are the Lead Data Analyst in the eCommerce division of GhostCo Wholesale. A new Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Scare has joined the company a few weeks back. He has asked you to analyze the latest sales data and provide a report on the top items he needs to know and act on. Also, Mr. Scare wants to divide the entire operations into two new divisions "Small Order" and "Big Order". He proposes to define an order as small if the number of units sold is less than 5000. He wants the analysis to be performed for the two proposed divisions independently. Your video or report should include the top 4 stories for both "Small Order" and "Big Order" division separately, about how is the business going on and what should be his corresponding action items. Create visualizations in Tableau, R or Excel, to tell the stories better. There can be more than one visualization per story, if needed. You might consider dividing the entire presentation (or report) into two sections, for the two divisions. Upload your video (or report) in Canvas. Your presentation will be graded based on how good you tell your stories to Mr. Scare and how you justify them with different visualizations. Remember, Mr. Scare should have 42 = 8 different take-aways from your report. There should be at least one visualization created in each of Excel, R and Tableau.
