Students may choose any personality type from the big five,
myers briggs and/or Hollands model. Key that student identifies
personality as a driver of behaviour and that personality is
relatively fixed, manager must play to it…not control it. Would
expect students to use examples to explain the importance to
managers and how they might use this understanding to benefit the
business.
