However, they are anxious to have the new service, and they would like a progress report detailing where you are in the development process and when they might receive what they have ordered. Read pages 33-38 of the Internal Communications Toolkit 3. Read the Letters Student Manual 4. Complete your draft letter in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman font (sz. 12) and single line spacing (not double spaced). This letter should be proper hul-block business letter format (Certain resources may vary slightly in their representation of full-block format. Follow the format in your Letter Student Manual for this assignment) Make sure to consult the grading rubric for more details. 5. Submit your draft business letter for the business letter to your instructor via Moodle. Remember, this is graded as complete or incomplete.
