1. Problem Statement & Scope of Work (Project Tasks) The opportunity is for the production and sale of Liquefied Natural Gas LNG (methane) and CO₂. The Field Development Plan indicates the field can produce 150 mmscf/d of Raw Gas from subsea wells. The client has defined the battery limit as downstream of the pipeline's emergency shutdown valve (ESDV). The subsea control system is not in the scope of this study. The only provision from the plant to the subsea equipment will be the flow assurance chemical Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG). The produced fluids will arrive between 30 and 100 barg and at a temperature of 15 to 40 °C. Ordinarily the receipt pressure will be 37 barg. The pipeline is a 12" CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy). The total subsea CAPEX is US$330 million phased over 18 months from final investment decision, with 50 % of the expenditure in the last 2 quarters. The subsea scope will need to be ready 6 months before the plant is ready. The "nameplate" of the plant is to process 150 mmscf/d of Raw Gas. The possible LNG plant shown in following block diagram (Figure-1) (to be developed during this project) would be supplied by the Raw Gas plant. This Raw Gas will need to be purified, to extract in condensable (such as Carbon dioxide), remove C3 to C6+ components, and liquefy the purified gas to LNG (which will involve a refrigeration system) and store LNG in a cryogenic tank. The Tail Gas stream (incondensable and C3 to C6+) will have a calorific value and options for its profitable use should be considered. Also you need to investigate the CO-removal technology options and consider market opportunities for CO₂. Please provide a proposal for the development a full-scale industrial LNG plant and includes the following scope (tasks) of project: Do literat runinu on Brai
