A private developer has appointed your Consulting Firm to assist in designing civil infrastructure for the proposed Warehouse for cement storage. It is anticipated that all the development traffic will make use of the intersection of R28 Road and Frikkie Meyer Blvd. Base year (2022) traffic count was recently undertaken at the intersection. The traffic volumes obtained during the site survey are summarized in Appendix A.
