Design Parameters: Maintain 4 bars operating pressure in all problems Always use a Magnetic Proximity Sensor to indicate the position of cylinders (min or max stroke only) Always provide the State Diagram profile of each cylinder Circuit operation must be repeatable 1. The control of a bulk material mixing system consists of a push button (S1) and a selector switch/detent (S2). Once the appropriate silo has been selected using the selector switch (S2), pressing the push button (S1) opens the silo. Use 5/2-way directional control valves. Designate two lamps to indicate which cylinder is in operation. For isolation purposes, each cylinder can only extend if the other cylinder is fully extended. 2.0 1.0
