Task 2: On the daughter board there are a row of eight LEDs. For each 10 pulse rates increments illuminate an LED to form a bar graph. For example, 10 pulses per second (p/s) turn on one LED for 20 p/s illuminate two LEDs up to 70 p/s which illuminates seven LEDs. Any pulse rate of 80 p/s and above illuminate the eighth LED only. (Note: the LCD display requires that segments are turned on and off at a rate of 30-60Hz otherwise the display will be damaged. Refer to example code on how to modulate the LCD)
