Answer the following required and show your
solutions.
Required:
a. Simplify the from-to-chart
b. Show an alternative block plan of the machines
c. If we assign a grader for every movement involved and that
moving the material if locations in the from-to are adjacent ,
grade assigned per unit will be 1 and if not an extra 2 per unit
moved must be added.
i. Show values (units x the equivalent grade) in the
from to chart
ii. Redesign the block plan lower than the (i) – the current
plan.
