The equity currently sells for £35 per share and has a beta of 1.2, and the bonds have 15 years to maturity and sell for 95% of par value. The YTM of the bonds is 9%. The expected return on the market portfolio is 12% and the risk-free rate is 2%. Titan Mining's tax rate is 25%. a) Calculate the company's after-tax weighted average cost of capital.
