Question 2 (3 marks) In open die forging a cylinder of diameter 125 mm and Length 60mm is compressed with barrelling effect. The coefficient of friction is 0.25. Flow stress in the material is assumed to be 50 N/mm². The final Length and diameter of disc is 75mm and 250 mm respectively. Evaluate the true strain and the force required.
