(b) Log method was used to measure the air flow rate in a round air duct of 800 mm diameter. The following 10 readings, in mm H2O vertical height, were recorded by using a pitot tube with inclined manometer: 1.3, 2.4, 2.6, 2.3, 3.7, 1.7, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3, 3.8 Determine: (1) the air velocity in m/s at each point of the measurement, showing the calculation for each point; (ii) the air flow rate in m?/s in the air duct. The inclination factor of the manometer is 0.1 and the air density is taken as 1.2 kg/m? (5 marks) (3 marks)
