temperature changes following the second-degree polynomial
function according to the data in the table shown below. Use
the polynomial regression to determine the coefficients of the
polynomial. Make a plot that compares the data and the fit
polynomial. Next, use the polynomial to estimate the value of the
specific heat at 1000 oC, 1500 oC, and 2000
oC.
