liquid undergoes complete combustion with excess oxygen. If 35.39
liters, L of water vapor, H2O was recovered at STP, how
many milliliters, mL of methanol, CH3OH must have
reacted? The density of liquid methanol is 0.792 g/mL. Just give
the numerical value. The assumption is the answer is in
milliliters, mL.
Reaction:
2 CH3OH(l) + 3 O2(g) --> 4
H2O(g) + 2 CO2(g)
