19. How would you prepare at least 100 mL of a 2.0 molal
solution of glucose (C6H12O6, MW=180.16 g/mol) in ethanol? The
density of ethanol is 0.789 g/mL at room temperature.
(a) Add 360.3 g glucose to 78.9 g of ethanol
(b) Add 360.3 g glucose to 78.9 mL of ethanol
(c) Add 180.2 g glucose to 78.9 g of ethanol
(d) Add 180.2 g glucose to 78.9 mL of ethanol
(e) Add 28.4 g glucose to 78.9 g of ethanol
The correct answer is e but can you please explain the formula
you used to get the answer and show all the steps?
