D Question 16 3 pts A student conducted the experiment titled "Spectrophotometric Determination of Chlorophyll Concentration." They started by preparing a dilution series from a highly concentrated stock solution. To do so, the student used a 5.00 mL volumetric pipette to transfer the stock solution to a flask. After completing the experiment, the student noticed that several drops of the solution remained stuck inside of the pipette. How will this error affect the resulting standard curve? The slope of the trend line equation will be lower than expected. This is because all of the measured absorbance values will be lower than they should be. The trend line equation will not be affected but the R² value will be lower than expected. This error causes the concentration of each solution to be lower than it should be. Since the slope is absorbance/concentration this means that the slope of the trend line will have a greater value than expected. 3 nts
