A wedge is formed by placing a human hair of thickness 110 μm
between two glass plates (n = 1.55) on one end, and allowing them
to touch on the other end. The wedge is completely submerged
in ethanol (n = 1.361). This wedge is illuminated with yellow
light (λ = 580 nm in vacuum). How many dark fringes can be
observed as you look down on the wedge from above? Round to
the nearest whole number.
