A hockey puck has a mass m of 1.50 grams and a charge of 30.0
micro coulomb's. There is a uniform magnetic field B that has a
magnitude of 2.50 T and it is also directed vertically upward.The
puck is hit horizontally and the data table below shows the
experimental measurements. The first point in the data table is
taken immediately after the puck is hit.
i) What would be a physical explanation that would be consistent
with the given data
ii) come up with a general expression for the pucks total
acceleration magnitude at an arbitrary instant of time. Then
evaluate that expression for t= 4.0 s from the table.
