A study on a road segment shows that at flow of 1200vph the speed was 30 km/hr and at flow of 600vph the speed was 75 km/hr. If flow and density are linearly related: Determine the capacity of the roadway; b. Calculate the speed and density at flow of 1000vph; and Sketch all fundamental traffic flow relationships and the respective values. a. C.
