I need help with this question.
A rod consisting of two cylindrical portions AB and BC is restrained at both ends. Portion AB is made of steel (E. = 200 GP, a. = 11.7x 10-TC) and portion BC is made of brass (Em 105 GPa, ay = 20.9 x 10-6C). IF the load P=500 N applies at "B" find the reaction at "A" and at "C" for the indeterminant shaft. - 30-mm diameter 250 mm -50-mm diameter 300 mm с
