1) Air and Carbon Monoxide are contained to opposite sides of a rigid, insulated container by a partition free to move and then both gases mixed in the full space. 4 kg of CO at 2.4 bar and 483 K in one side of the container separated by a movable partition and in the other side is 2.3 kg of AIR at 5.9 bar and 382 K.
if c_v for Air is 0.727, and for CO is 0.751
find the temperature when the partition was remove and the mixture get a final equilibrium temperature in Kelvin.
2)Air and Carbon Monoxide are contained to opposite sides of a rigid, insulated container by a partition free to move and then both gases mixed in the full space. 4 kg of CO at 2.7 bar and 477 K in one side of the container separated by a movable partition and in the other side is 1.8 kg of AIR at 5.4 bar and 379 K.
if c_v for Air is 0.727, and for CO is 0.751
find total volume in m³
3)Air and Carbon Monoxide are contained to opposite sides of a rigid, insulated container by a partition free to move and then both gases mixed in the full space. 4 kg of CO at 2.8 bar and 493 K in one side of the container separated by a movable partition and in the other side is 1.9 kg of AIR at 5.1 bar and 379 K.
if c_v for Air is 0.727, and for CO is 0.751
find the temperature when the partition was remove and the mixture get a final equilibrium temperature in Kelvin, and find the total volume for this case.
