Question-3 [10 Marks] A shaft of diameter 10 mm carries at its center a mass of 12 kg and two loads of mass 10 kg at distances 100 mm from each end. It is supported by two short bearings, the center distance of which is 400 mm. Find the whirling speed (a) neglecting the mass of shaft and (b) taking the mass of the shaft. The density of shaft material is 7500 kg/m3. Young's modulus is 200 GPa.
