In a very large population, 75% of them aged 30 years and over
have secondary school complete. In another very large one, only
70%. A sample of 1000 belonging to one of the populations is drawn
completely randomly and revealing 732, with only full secondary.
You can you reliably guarantee population quality according to the
sample? Explain your answer.
