Two tanks are connected by a valve. One tank contains 2 kg of CO2 at 400K and 70 kPa. The other tank holds 8 kg of CO2 at 250K and 120 kPa. The valve is opened and the gasses are allowed to mix while receiving heat from the surroundings. The final equilibrium temperature is 310K. Assuming constant specific heats, calculate: ii.
