b) A silicon sample is doped with Na = 5 x 107 cm3. If the sample is illuminated such that the excess electron concentration is 1016 cm?, calculate: i. conductivity of this sample at equilibrium condition. ii. conductivity of this sample when the light is on. iii. position of the quasi fermi level for electron and hole.
