(b) An ultrasonic pulse velocity test is used to examine the quality of finished concrete. It is known that 5% of the finished concrete are sub-standard (i.e. voided concrete). Extensive research on this test reveals that its results are correct 98% of the time. In other words, whether or not the finished concrete is sub-standard, the probability of giving a correct detection result is 0.98. (1) A concrete specimen was selected for the test and was detected to be sub-standard. Determine the probability that the specimen was not actually sub-standard. (5 marks)
