Great Life Fitness, Inc. owns and operates fitness centres in a
dozen Midwestern cities. They have performed exceptionally, and
they want to grow by opening a new “supercentre” in downtown
Toronto. Great Life Fitness’s president, Cassia Umi, hired an IT
consultant, Susan Park, to help develop an information system for
the new facility. During the project, Susan will work closely with
Gray Lewis, who will manage the new operation.

performed the fact-finding tasks. The results are listed below.
