What individuals would you have involved in the creation of the
WBS, and why?
This sort of revolves around what I mentioned in my previous
post. Creating a WBS is not an isolated task and it can be very
difficult to do alone. It involves a team efforts and different
thought and ideas to organize together. To create the WBS, we need
to include the project manager, the project leaders and the
sponsors. Also, if this project is taking place within a bigger
organization the lead or manager of that organization should be
involved to some extent to at least be aware of all that is taking
place. When creating a WBS you do not directly have your
stakeholders or clients involved, however, you do have their needs
and wants to take into consideration because it is their needs that
are going to keep the project running and it is the clients that
have created the reason to start the project in the first
place.
