Answer Happy

Write a C program that:
• takes input file name from command line;
• checks argc for correct invocation (otherwise, prints error
and quits);
• opens that file if possible;( program should print an
error message in the event that the file cannot be opened
successfully.)
• Prints message confirming that file has been opened
successfully
• Then closes the file.
