If on the other hand, first class is available -issue first class ticket and reduce the first class availability. If the request is for first class and first class is available, issue a first class ticket and reduce the first class availability. However, if first class is unavailable, but economy class is available and acceptable as alternative - issue economy class ticket and reduce the economy class availability. If the flier requests first class ticket and none is available, and the person will not accept economy class as an alternative if economy is available - refer the flier to another flight.
