We can always learn more about ourselves and how we relate and
interact with others. Learning about communication
techniques
and how we can apply them in our daily lives is very beneficial to
all of our relationships. Understanding ourselves and
learning about
the different types of communication styles also allows us to
understand how to interpret and interact with people that have
styles
different than our own.
Project Details:
Using the Internet, locate and complete three communication style
surveys. After you have completed the three surveys, write
a summary (450-500 words) that addresses the following
questions:
1. Which surveys did you complete? (include each link)
2. Did you find similar information on each of the three
surveys? Thoroughly explain.
3. What did you learn about your communication styles from each of
the three surveys?
4. Do you agree with the results? Thoroughly explain why.
5. Thoroughly discuss how your personal identity impacts how you
communicate and whether or not you feel your communication style
aligns with who you want to be and how you want to be
perceived.
