Explain what happened in detail, identify all parties involved (use fictitious name), the circumstances, where you were, who was there, what you were doing while entering the agreement, any problems that arose while talking about the offer and agreement, and how they were handled. Explain the final outcome of the agreement, and any subsequent events that may have occurred as a result of the contract.
