to, in a planned way, modify the operations or processes of an
organization. Nevertheless, the complexity of implementing change
in a pandemic context should not be downplayed. Globally,
enterprises are changing at an alarming rate due to the pandemic. A
once-in-a-lifetime pandemic created fertile ground for the
workplace and organizational transformation. Organizations are
grappling with how to implement radical changes to respond to their
new operating contexts. Organizations are undertaking a change
management approach to seize opportunities, improve performance, or
address key issues. At the same time, they are also changing
processes, hierarchies, job roles, and using technology to thrive
in the market.
Write a strategic review following the structure below:

3. Discuss the key change management challenges faced by leaders
