You are a manager in a young start up
company, you have hired a couple of your friends to work for you. One is in desparate need of extra cash and has asked you to cover for them, because they have been taking inventory home and personally selling it to pay bills. What do you do? Do you help them out and look the other way? Cover for them? Report them? Or something else?
