Job Complexities / Thinking Challenges: Sales reps are expected to analyze individual client's computer needs to identify an appropriate sales approach. This requires quick analysis of their computing needs and matching those needs to our product line. Patience is also required in answering client questions. Sales reps are expected to know and be able to apply the promotional campaigns and pricing options, payment plans, and invoicing proceduresI Accountability The incumbent operates under the direct supervision of the department Supervisor and Sales Manager Each incumbent has a monthly sales quota assigned by their sale manager Key Internal and External Contacts Works with external retail clients and the other members of the Smart Tech Sales and Service team Physical Demands / Working Conditions Physical environment is a urban retail outlet Special equipment includes the use of ergonomic chairs gel wrist pads Hazards include light lifting spending long periods standing or sitting at a computer
