Question 7 A recent report by Paribas (2021) states that "the Covid-19 crisis raises twin fears: a wave of business failures on the one hand, or an insufficient number on the other. The smaller the wave, the greater the risk of zombification. However, we do not believe that one should worry (or at least not yet) about this political dilemma...". Use the creative-destruction theory to discuss the concept of 'zombification' and explain why policy makers should not worry about this political dilemma.
