Since his hiring, Noor noticed that not all of his employees are happy and satisfied. Lamis isNoor's Secretary; although she sometimes feels bored about her monotonous administrative duties but sheis the only one responsible of completing those tasks from A to Z. Khalil, the youngest Engineer likes thefact that his job provides him with the flexibility of creating and implementing new ideas but doesn't feelsupported by his team members who are working with him on the same project. On the other hand,Mohamad is a Project Manager who is very dynamic in doing many activities such as traveling to manycountries to attend seminars and meet different suppliers and following up with the engineers on all theaspects of the project, ranging from the designs to financials, operation and execution.In Noor's opinion, pay is the single most important driver of job satisfaction, and he wants to ensure thatemployees do not leave ACI over the pay dissatisfaction.
