19. A resistance R and a capacitor C are connected via a switch S to a voltage source Uo. In the beginning the capacitor is uncharged and at time t = 0s the switch is closed. By closing the circuit a current I = 1 mA starts to flow, and after a time t = 20 s, a voltage U. = 50 V is measured directly at the capacitor (see figure 1).
