Question 1: 8 - Tests are performed on a single phase, 10 KVA, 2200/220 V, 60 Hz transformer and the following results are obtained. O.C. test : 220 V, 2.5 A, 100 W-on LV side S.C. test : 150 V, 4.55 A, 215 W - on HV side (a) Derive the parameters for the approximate equivalent circuits referred to the low-voltage side and the high-voltage side. (b) Determine Efficiency at 75% rated output and 0.6 power factor lagging.
