If two people, one who is non-Diabetic and the other with Type 2
Diabetes, both eat the same meal at the same time, you would expect
blood insulin levels to remain higher for longer in the person with
Diabetes than in the non-Diabetic person. (Assume the person with
diabetes is not actively treating their disease symptoms with any
medication.)
