Electroplating Virtual Lab 1. Explain what is an electrolytic cell. Draw diagram. 2. How is an electrolytic cell different than a voltaic cell? 3. Explain what is electroplating. How is it done? 4. Run the following simulation as a demonstration (under experiment tab) and summarize what you saw in your own words. Your answer should adequately explain what was being done in this demonstration in at least 6-7 sentences (more is fine) including all details such as which metal was taken, how much was the mass of each electrode, what did you observe happening, how much current was used and for how long.
