There are scenarios below. Prepare Nursing Care Plan for the following nursing diagnosis. CASE SCENARIO A 5 days presented with yellowish skin of the upper chest region. Clinic review at Klinik Kesihatan Luyang showed Serum bilirubin level, SB: 266. Advised by Klinik Kesihatan for hospitalization under paediatrician care. Seen By Dr I in Clinic at XXXXX Specialist Hospital. Baby was directly admitted to Paediatric Ward for phototherapy. 1. Risk for CNS injury realted to hyperbilirubinemia. 2. Risk for eye injury: retinal damage due to continuous exposure to light.
