please show all work, and write clearly. im trying to learn how
to do this problem by steps.
thank you
A rock samples is made by quartz (density 2.65 g/cc; gamma ray 40 api) and clay (density 2.35 g/cc; gamma ray 200 api; non-resistive) with unknown percentages. The pore volume is also unknown and it include a mixture of two fluids, water (density 1 g/cc, resistivity 0.5 Ohm.m) and oil (density 0.6 g/cc), with unknown percentages. Only three measurements are available: density 2.0380 g/cc, resistivity 128 Ohm.m, and gamma ray 120 api. Assume that m=2 and n=2 in Archie's law. Compute volume of clay, volume of quartz, porosity, water saturation, and oil saturation.
