Provide a brief fictional scenario for capacity to consent, and state il consent is or is not given in the scenario. (3 points) The following is an example of a scenario or description I made up. Example: Freely given consent: Max, 22 and Amy, 22 are having their first kiss and things are getting heated. Max asks Amy without pressure or force if Amy wants to have sex. Amy feeling excited and not feeling pressure nor force feels ready. Amy of her own free will tells Max yes, and they proceed to have sex. Consent was given in this scenario.
