FLUOROMETRIC PHOTOMETRY vs. MINI PREP
-which technique is more accurate? Why? Fluorometric photometry is more accurate than mini prep method due to wider concentration range. Fluorimetry is able to detect more than 3-6 log orders of concentration without the need for sample dilution or sample modification. -are there significant discrepancies between the two techniques? (Yes/No, explain) -which technique is more suitable to inform you on the integrity of your plasmids? (explain)
