4. In the figure below, a constant force Fapp of magnitude 20 N is applied to a wheel of mass 12 kg and radius 0.4 m. The force is applied at the centre of the wheel. The wheel rolls smoothly without sliding on the horizontal surface from rest, and the acceleration of its centre of mass is 0.50 m/s to the positive x direction. app (a) Calculate the frictional force acting on the wheel.
