1. Light from a green laser of wavelength 530 nm passes through
two slits that are 370 nm apart. The resulting pattern formed on a
screen in front of the slits is shown in (Figure 1).
If point A is the same distance from both slits, how much closer
is point BB to one slit than to the other? Express your answer to
three significant figures and include the appropriate units.
2. At what speed v will the length of a 1.00 m stick
look 15.0 % shorter (85.0 cm )
3. An oil drop whose mass is determined to be
2.3×10−15 kg is held at rest between two large plates
separated by 1.3 cm as in the figure when the potential difference
