Two spaceships are moving away from Earth in opposite
directions, one at 0.83*c, and one at 0.83*c (as viewed from
Earth). How fast does each spaceship measure the other one going?
(please answer in *c).
The first spaceship heads to a planet 10 light years from Earth.
Observers on Earth thus see the trip taking 12.04819 years. How
long do people aboard the first spaceship measure the trip? (please
answer in years)
I got 0.9828 for the first problem and 6.720 for the second
question, just want to make sure they are correct!
