consists of 30 % CO and 70 % H2. CO + 2H2 ↔ CH3OH
a) Evaluate and plot the equilibrium conversion of CO as a
function of temperature (in the temperature range of 400 - 650
K).
b) Plot equilibrium conversion versus temperature graphs at
20 atm. Show your work and discuss your findings.

• You should consider the temperature dependence of heat of
reaction in your calculations.
• Take the Cp at reference temperature and keep as constant.
